Conversation Design Platform.

This was a 1-year platform redesign project, where I led the end-to-end redesign of an existing legacy system into a modern, scalable product.

I worked closely with a super user, regular users, and the engineering team to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.

for this data heavy platform, I focused on responsive design, flexibility and data visualizations. with AI functions, my redefinition on the UX and GUI has completely refreshed the product.
